What happens after you reach out
I'd rather look before I quote, because the price and the schedule both depend on what's already up there. That means how much old insulation you have, whether some of it has to come out, how many gaps need sealing and how much is stored in the way. If you go ahead, our crew protects the house and does the work in the order the estimate lists, and I check it against that estimate before we pack up. If your job needs a permit, we apply for it as your licensed contractor.

I get up into the attic or down into the crawl space and take photos and notes on what's there, from the old insulation to wiring, gas appliances and stored boxes. Then you get a free written estimate that lists each step in order, we go over the photos together, and there's no obligation.
